          In 2005 Delilah decided to chose her dreams and become the artist she so desperately wanted to be since her college days. There is something sobering when one day you look up and realize your life is slipping away, vanishing and you are no closer to your dreams then you were in 1976. Few would leave a successful business to pursue a passion. Few are like Delilah who has soared to the top in all that she has put her mind to.

          More than technique or design, it is color that makes a Delilah step off the wall into the hearts of the viewer. Delilah says of her paintings, ” Color is the language that speaks to everyone. I use color in my conversations with the canvas. Some conversations are like shooting matches and some are tranquil and serene. Michigan is the home of Delilah. It is the need to make art and find her voice that drives her; a voice that will let you listen with your eyes.
